I just had to.I was reading kelly's post about some foreign flick and people were kind of going on a little about the woman above- Catherine Deneuve. I don't know much about her or the film, so I had to see for myself. I'm thinking no thanks. She looks fake in that photo, like a clay figure or something. Check out the boobs, they definately look odd- right?
My a.d.d. kicks in with 'period' films, older foreign films and 'epics' (like Braveheart) so I don't think I'll even attempt to watch it but for those of you who do I hope you enjoy it. Looks like she's welcoming at least.
Update: C.Love just informed me that she's wearing a body suit. You see she didn't even hold my attention long enough for me to notice that. Wow, I guess it's been a long day...

That is probably the worst picture of Catherine Deneuve that I've ever seen. Trust me, R.D., she looks damn good and the woman is almost 63 years old.
I must admit, though, that if we're talking actresses of that generation, Diana Rigg in leather pants in "The Avengers" is more my style...

She is good looking for her age, but young Catherine Deneuve, HOT. Normally blondes aren't my type, unless they are fake blondes, but now I've lost my point. I think part of her appeal, for me at least, is...well I don't even know how to define it, perhaps it's more some of the characters she played. What I can say is, if we were playing word association and you said Catherine Deneuve, I'd say dominatrix or maybe vampire. And then she has that speaking english with a french accent thing going on. Have you never seen The Hunger?

Catherine Deneuve is one of my favourites. Thank you for bringing her to mind, but not one of her best looks in that shot, I agree.
The Hunger is good. And Belle de Jour. But a bit old and foreign for some tastes. It's a bit perverted and obscene for some too.

r.d...oh my! i was looking at this yesteday at work and quickly had to exit the site. i have absolutely no privacy at work...so here i am again on saturday. yes, Catherine is a hotty and i've seen some of her films and loved her in them...she's got that sexy, sensual, french older woman thing going for her. in the films...she doesn't even have to say much and she is stunning. it's a glance, a slight movement of the lips that gets me....
