She's hot to trot RD. Shes big over here, and on everytime you switch on the tv. I used to find myself getting up early on a saturday morning just to look at her, she used to present the chart count down. But yeah, she is most definatly hot ;-)

I don't want to talk on my blog about the post I removed and since I don't have your email address I'll tell you here whether you really wanted to know or not.
Some friends of ours are hoping we will take their 11 year old German Shepherd. They have a new born and the dog is afraid of children and strangers. The dog is mostly deaf and going blind, oh and she has nipped two people out of fear or startling. Their vet and a behaviorist have both told them they can not ever leave the dog and the child unsupervised,and even then not a good idea. So, if they can't find a home they are going to have her put to sleep. I can't tell them yes, but it breaks my heart to say no.
I know it is not my responsiblity to take their dog. BP really likes the dog, and I just really feel for my friends. We are not taking the dog, but I'm making BP tell them no.

I'm sorry you've been put in such a difficult situation. That's a tough one but you have to decide what's best for you and it sounds like you've done that. It looks like nobody wins here, I feel so badly for the dog, your friends and for you and bp. I have no idea what I would do, given the situation- on either side. The whole thing pretty much sucks and again, I'm sorry.
As you already know, you can't save every animal in need. You gotta let it go and I also think it's good that you let bp take care of the 'no' part of it for you. It's too much. Thanks for sharing zoe- even though you didn't have to. Good luck with the rest.

I know mh, it's strange, but if you've never seen that show over here you probably wouldn't know who she was. It's a damn shame she's not around more, but I have a feeling she will be. Someone like that can't be hidden for too long.
